Neminathan is one of the founding members of Ariyalai Thirumagal Community Centre and Thirumagal Naadaga Mantram. Nemi is a famous play writer and director; Vennila, Pavathin parisu, Santharppam, Ninavalaigal, Sanchalangal are some of the dramas which he had written and directed. Pavathin Parisu was a very touching Christian story and was staged over 100 times in Jaffna. He directed dramas like Nakkeeran, Saanakiyan, Amarenthiran, Maalik kapoor and so on. Three of his dramas, either he had written or directed, won the first prize in the Ariyalai National Day Celebration Drama Competitions. Nemi was an amazing director.
Kunam as a Sanaakiyan, Mayilu as a Christian father in Pavathin parisu, Easan as a lady in Santharppam and Uruthy Annan & Mahan in Maalik kapoor were some of the unforgettable charactors which he had created.
It is a great loss to the drama circle.

Its seems Mr Kanagasingam Neminathan was lost by the Thirumagal Community ever since his Departure from Ariyalai due to the situation that resulted since the birth of SL way back in 1972.My appreciation for all his contribution to Thirumagal Community and his personal achievements.My condolence to his family and Community of Ariyalai.
